Our system adheres directly to concrete, fiberglass, metal and previously painted surfaces without the use of a primer.

P remier has a clear water sealant that can be used on the exterior of car washes, protecting the split faced block, brick and stucco from water intrusion. Our system bonds naturally and provides many years of weather proofing protection to new or existing structures.
Our silicone rubber coating is derived from silica sand an inorganic compound. Since our waterproofing is inorganic and inert it withstands very high and low temperatures and many deteriorating effects such as ozone, weathering, ultra violet rays, acids, bases, salts, oils and fuels. Silicone will function reliably under environmental extremes where other organic polymer sealants break down due to the environmental extremes and fail.
Our water sealant also acts as an Anti-Graffitiant establishing a long lasting, non sacrificial barrier protecting the substrate from paint penetration and other graffiti tools.
